A Fraser Valley driveway takes a beating — freeze-thaw cycles, rain nine months of the year, road salt, and moss that quietly works its way into every hairline crack. GoNano™ concrete and asphalt protection starts at $2,000. Here's what actually determines your price.
Two thousand dollars is our entry point — it covers a standard residential driveway in the 400 to 600 square foot range, in reasonable condition, with straightforward access. Most single-car driveways and average front walkways fall into this bracket.
From there, pricing scales almost linearly with surface area. A typical double driveway in Sardis or Promontory runs 700–1,000 sq ft. Add a patio, a walkway to the front door, a rear patio slab, or a set of concrete stairs and you're stacking treated area on top of treated area. Because the product itself is priced per square foot, this isn't a markup — it's simply more material and more application time.
If you want a rough mental model: think of it as roughly the cost of a nice dinner out per square foot. That framing helps homeowners decide whether to treat everything at once or phase it — driveway now, patio next spring.
Six factors determine where your quote lands. All of them are confirmed during a free on-site assessment — never guessed at over the phone.
The single biggest factor. Product is consumed per square foot, so a 1,000 sq ft driveway is roughly double a 500 sq ft one.
Heavily stained, moss-covered or previously sealed surfaces take more prep work. Cracked concrete may need repair before sealing, which we'll quote separately and transparently.
Broom-finish concrete, exposed aggregate, stamped concrete and asphalt all absorb differently. Exposed aggregate in particular takes more product due to its open texture.
Bundling a driveway, walkway and patio in one visit is far cheaper per square foot than three separate appointments — setup and mobilisation costs are shared.
If your driveway was sealed with a film-forming acrylic in the past, that layer may need to be broken down first so the new protection can penetrate rather than sit on top.
Steep driveways, tight side yards, or areas with poor drainage that need extra attention all affect labour time.
Concrete and asphalt are both porous. Look closely at a driveway and you'll see thousands of tiny open pores — that porosity is exactly what makes unprotected concrete stain so easily. It's also what allows the GoNano™ sealer to lock in.
But if those pores are filled with dirt, moss spores, oil residue or an old film-forming sealer, the new product has nowhere to go. It cures on top of the contamination instead of inside the substrate, which means it wears away quickly and offers far less protection than it should.
This is why we offer $200 off when we handle the pressure washing and prep before your treatment. It's not a promotional gimmick — it's us making sure the job we're warranting is done correctly. Prep done by us means we know exactly what state the surface is in when the product goes down.
Pressure washing and surface prep on your concrete or asphalt, followed by full GoNano™ protection — $200 off the combined price. Applies to driveways, patios, walkways, stairs and retaining walls.
